Our Team

MDG Professional Services Ltd. is a specialist business within Myers Davison Ginger Ltd. who are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and under whose aegis MDG Professional Services Ltd. operates.

Myers Davison Ginger (MDG) are a firm of holistic financial planners and as part of that firm, we strongly believe in providing bespoke advice in collaboration with trusted professional associates in the worlds of family law and tax planning.

That a client gets a superior service when accountancy, family law and financial planning advice are amalgamated as part of a united team to provide a service that is second to none.

That financial planning advice cannot be given in isolation from other aspects of the clients situation, only through thorough fact-finding are we able to fully understand these aspects.

Whilst we hold some of highest qualifications in our industry, we believe in maintaining our knowledge through continuing professional development.

That by working in close association with our trusted professional allies we are able to generate collaborative solutions for our clients that is truly holistic, where the sum of the whole is greater than the constituent parts.

Peter Ginger – Founder/CEO

Peter Ginger

“In 1995 Peter, John Davison and Paul Myers moved from being tied life company representatives to set up Myers Davison Ginger Ltd. (MDGIFA) as they wanted to provide clients with independent, rather than, restricted financial planning advice. In 2010 Peter and Nicola established MDG Professional Services Ltd. (MDG-PS), a business within MDGIFA designed to offer clients a range of collaborative financial planning in close association with a team of handpicked, like-minded professionals from the worlds of accountancy and family law. At  that, time our slogan was “where the worlds of taxation, family law and financial planning collide” and that summed up where we were then.

As our working association with these complementary professionals has built and as social media becomes an increasing activity in our business and social lives, we felt it was time to revamp MDG-PS and rebrand in the name of MDGProf along with this new website.

Peter is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and an early member of the Society of Later Life Advisers. Away from the office Peter enjoys his extended family, gardening and playing golf (badly).
